What to Expect When Working with a Web Designer

STEP 1

Onboarding & Analysis

Once I’ve received your application, I’ll contact you to discuss your vision and goals either by email, phone call or Skype/Zoom. We can determine the best way to move forward and how I can provide the help you need.

If we decide to start working together then I’ll send over the contract and invoice so you can review it in detail. Once everything is in order, I’ll send over the login to the project management platform and you can start working on your tasks.

STEP 2

Designing Process

You will start preparing for your new brand and website by answering a questionnaire. This will help me understand your needs. If we are also working on your branding then we will have a strategy call to discuss more details and create a Pinterest board together. Once I receive all the content from you, I will go over it and start designing your brand new website!

STEP 3

Feedback & Revision

I will add all the designs and content to the project management platform, where you will see every section and page of your site. There, you’ll be able to provide feedback, request small additions and approve the final design. You’ll have a few days to do a final round of revisions before the official launch of your brand new website!

STEP 4

Launch of YOUR brand New Website

We have reached the final stage of this journey. You’re pleased with the way it looks and it’s time to receive the end products as agreed. I will publish your new website (if applicable) and I will help you prepare to launch your brand-new online presence!
